PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT - What do we offer?

         

The Communicare Property Development and Maintenance Department manages all technical and planning aspects of the Company's existing properties. They also identify and study the feasibility of potential future developments. The acquisition of land for future developments also falls within the department's scope.

Developments, once identified, shown to be feasible and approved by the Company's Board, are developed either wholly in-house or with the assistance of private consultants.

The maintenance and upgrading of the company's existing property portfolio as well as the keeping and updating of records of such properties is also an important function of this Department.

A wide range of developments have been successfully completed by this department in the past ranging from housing projects to shopping centres and complexes for retired persons.
